The Community Enrichment team is responsible to action the aspirations of the community as per the Strategic Community Plan by delivering a diverse program building a connected, sustainable and thriving community.

We love what we do, and we need a Community Enrichment Officer who can:

  • Lead, produce and deliver placemaking and activation projects and initiatives, including community-led events
  • Provides event and activation knowledge and guidance to our customers.
  • Deliver projects and new initiatives which foster community connection and inclusion.


You will be part of a small team and will need to work autonomously, be self-driven and have a broad skill set/experience as you will get to work across all facets of community.


Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in community development or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Excellent understanding of, and commitment to, community development practices.
  • Prior experience in customerfacing role and delivering events.
  • Prior experience producing high quality reports.
  • Prior experience in leading projects autonomously and as part of a team.
