About the role:

• Ensure PSA estimates and proposals are ready for presentation and negotiation
• Ensure contracts are reviewed 90 days in advance
• Review delivery costs of existing PSA and provide realignment of costs for renewals
• Review, drive and ensure PSA's gross margin improvement growth
• Providing solutions to improve contract value and gross margins
• Work with Inside Sales team, Sales team and Branch and Sales managers
• Understand DOA and follow compliance

About you:

• Background in administration or service
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Ability to meet required KPI's and targets
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Self motivation and cando attitude
• Ability to work as a team and also individually
