Are you our next amazing Chiropractic assistant/Receptionist?
Todd Clinics is a wellness focused Chiropractic and Remedial massage clinic located in Gippsland Victoria.

We are searching for a part timer (20 hours) to work in our Morwell practice.

Successful applicant must be:

  • Interested in their own health and wellness
  • VERY Friendly, outgoing and happy to chat to anyone
  • Professional
  • Have an ability to multi task and work at a fast pace
  • Take initiative and stay calm in all situations
  • Demonstrate people skills and the ability to make patients feel welcome and calm.
  • Experience as a receptionist (particularly healthcare related) would be preferred but not necessary.
  • Flexible to pick up shifts

The role includes:

  • Greeting patients and creating conversation
  • Answering phones
  • Making appointments
  • Processing payments using HICAPS and EFTPOS
  • Making sales from our shop (supplements etc) and having the ability to know small amounts about each product. (Training provided for this).

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
$27.07 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
