About the Role:
Our client is looking for QA Officer who will be reporting into the Quality & Compliance Manager. You will be required to manage non-conformances and customer complaints along with batch release.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and investigating quality customer complaints
  • Responsible for review and inspection of final release of product
  • Coordinating with Department Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues
  • Establish and implement continuous improvement programs.
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Review of quality documents
  • Product quality planning based on customer's specifications and requirements
  • Ensure CAPAs from customer complaint investigations are closed out
  • Investigate and troubleshoot any production incidents
  • Perform environmental monitoring testing as per the schedule and SOP
  • Assist with the site's calibration Program

Skills & Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry or a related subject
  • Experience in a QA role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulations - TGA, GMP, GLP
  • Experience in customer complaints
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to multi task is essential
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
