Quality Management Coordinator

Our client is an award winning, highly certified company that specialises in water flow grates and drainage systems.

Elegance, efficiency and design have become a signature of both their product and their business, which is clearly apparent when selecting a stylised product perfect for any bathroom, pool area or entertaining area.

They have been a member of various Australian standards committees to ensure that their product maintains its exceptionally high standard of architectural drainage.

In order to maintain certification and these high standards described, our client is seeking a Quality Management Coordinator.

Analysing procedures and liaising with team leaders will help you identify any non-compliance with ISO 9001 standards and assist in identifying root causes, develop outcomes to meet requirements and documenting procedures.


As the Quality Management Coordinator, you will bring your expertise in procedural controls and leave your mark of excellence on a well-established brand.


Your day-to-day work will cover:

  • Reviewing current procedures within the business.
  • Liaising with team leaders to understand and assess procedures.
  • Identify areas of nonconformity within ISO 9001 document of controls
  • Provide reports of nonconformity.
  • Identify root causes and develop suitable outcomes in order to conform.
  • Adjust existing procedures.

The ideal applicant for this position may possess:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Management role.
  • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Personable and comfortable discussing issues with senior team leaders.

Job Types:
Full-time, Casual

Salary:
$ $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
