About the RoleThe Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management and will be responsible for the daily management, leadership, support and mentoring of the WIP Controllers, ensuring a high level of safety focus with actions that support a belief in a zero-harm culture.

In addition, there will be a requirement to execute projects with guidance from the Project Manager.

This individual will be required to demonstrate effective Leadership whilst being responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to their teams and building and driving a culture that is safe, productive and enjoyable.

The role will be available on a 8D6O7N7O roster based in Welshpool working 12hr shifts.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIESLead, inspire, and mentor team members to attain both individual and collective objectivesConduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback, and implementing necessary interventions for improvementUphold adherence to company protocols, standards, and safety protocolsOversee day-to-day activities, encompassing scheduling, inventory oversight, and maintaining superior customer service standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processesCultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes collaboration and personal growthRequirements for the roleExtensive experience in Supervisory position (Dealership experience is Desireable)Previous experience within a warehouse, parts or distribution environmentCaterpillar Systems, Parts and Product knowledge.
