Machine Operators, Labourers and Yard Person

We are currently looking for Machine Operators and Labourers drill footing holes, operate excavators, mark out sites and install posts on small and larger scale construction sites.

We have a proud history of internal development for all staff that show initiative and commitment. Casual and Permanent opportunities are available and we are open to different levels of experience.

You will be part of crew working on various jobs that will involve manual handling tasks out of the machine as well.


We are also recruiting for a new yard person based at our Wakerley yard to help unload and load trucks and assist in the dispatch of goods to multiple sites.

A forklift lic. is required and warehouse/logistics experience desirable.

Core duties include:

  • Boring holes to required footing depths
  • Follow project specific requirements for substrate types
  • Operate 5T, 20T & 40T excavators
  • Set up & load machinery
  • Machine maintenance, cleaning and quality checking
  • Ensure security of machines on site
  • Measuring and marking up site
  • Follow company health & safety guidelines

Salary:
$ $45.00 per hour
