  • Deliver top-notch fitness programs across the region to help the community reach their fitness goals
  • We highly value Pilates Reformer, Aqua Fitness, and Les Mills instructors

  • Casual position offering up to 38 hours per week
  • Competitive salary of $64.48 per class (including 25% casual loading) plus 11% superannuation; additional rates apply for weekend shifts

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing the fitness of Central Coast residents through high-quality group fitness classes and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging fitness classes to support participants in achieving their fitness goals and improving community health
  • Ensure the safety of all participants by providing secure activities and constant monitoring
  • Maintain a strong customer focus to deliver positive experiences for all users

Essential requirements:

  • Registered Fitness Professional with Group Exercise Leader or Aqua, GEL, or equivalent accreditation
  • Certified in Provide First Aid and CPR
  • Clean Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering group fitness classes
  • Strong teamwork skills to achieve organizational goals
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Flexibility to work across various locations and shifts

If successful, applicants must undergo Hepatitis A and B vaccinations or demonstrate immunity before starting work.
