We're looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join us. You'll use your financial knowledge and data analysis abilities to create reports, forecasts, and insights that guide strategic decision-making within the company.

Under the supervision of the Commercial Finance Manager, our finance team is a close group who enjoy a good laugh. They are a team of financial experts who strive to make numbers understandable to everyone, guiding us towards financial success.

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand financial requirements and develop actionable FP&A strategies.
  • Analyze financial information using Salesforce data.
  • Build and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Create impactful reports and dashboards with Power BI to effectively communicate financial data and insights.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify patterns and investigate financial differences.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives.

We're seeking a team member with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst capacity.
  • In-depth understanding of financial accounting principles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce data.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of Power BI / Tableau for data visualization and report creation.
  • Strong analytical and problems-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly and concisely.
