To be successful at Merivale you need to possess the following:

1+ years relevant experience in the industry Food preparation, cooking and seasoning knowledge Worked in a quality restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel Good knife skills and a desire to learn An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player
