Our clients QLD head office is located in sunny Brisbane, although their current projects range from Brisbane to the Gold Coast Hinterland and anywhere in between.

They deliver a range of ground engineering solutions including ground anchoring, slope stabilisation, shotcrete, architectural shotcrete and simulated rock, retention & foundation piling.

They have an ongoing need for
experienced Shotcrete Nozzlemen and Shotcrete Finishers, to assist with their multiple projects. If you are looking to become part of their tight nit team and learn a valuable trade in a well-established Southeast Queensland based company, then this could be the job for you

What we need from you:

  • White Card
  • Driver's License and reliable transport several sites and DIDO
  • Working at Heights
  • EWP >11m
  • Must be familiar with concrete pumping equipment and compressors.
  • Great understanding of WHS procedures
  • Any additional tickets would be advantageous.

Duties
and responsibilities of the role, not limited to:

  • Ensure all areas to receive shotcrete are clean, sound, and free of loose material.
  • Achieving required design thickness of shotcrete spray
  • Applying, finishing, and cleaningup shotcrete materials
  • Cuts and squares corners, using trowel.
  • Hand work, moving materials, clearing terrain, site preparation, shovelling, basic equipment operation and steel fixing.

What we have to offer:

- $45 - $47.50 p/h (Casual)
  • Based off experience and performance
  • Penalty rates, travel & Superannuation
  • 10+ hours p/d Monday to Friday, occasional and optional weekend work.
  • Drive In Drive Out (DIDO) where applicable
  • Paid accommodation
  • Opportunity for upskilling
