Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring architectural structural and services drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality and are easy to decipher.
  • Motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams.
  • Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
  • Coordination of all architectural services and structure documentation.
  • Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind.

About you
We are looking for someone who has strong experience in the relative sectors and a deep understanding of the construction process from both site and the office

  • Demonstrated superior skills in all aspects of design management of large scale and complex projects.
  • A minimum of 5 years building and construction experience.
  • Application of strategic thinking to ensure project and business outcome are achieved.
  • High level of people management skills.
  • Can think ahead and drive the forward planning of design work.
