Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring architectural structural and services drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality and are easy to decipher.
- Motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams.
- Overseeing the design process using technical expertise.
- Coordination of all architectural services and structure documentation.
- Reviewing designs with health and safety in mind.
About you
We are looking for someone who has strong experience in the relative sectors and a deep understanding of the construction process from both site and the office
- Demonstrated superior skills in all aspects of design management of large scale and complex projects.
- A minimum of 5 years building and construction experience.
- Application of strategic thinking to ensure project and business outcome are achieved.
- High level of people management skills.
- Can think ahead and drive the forward planning of design work.
