Our Wealth Advisory team has been experiencing significant growth (+20% year over year for the past 4 years), and we are in need of a passionate and ambitious Assistant / Associate Advisor to complement our team. You will become part of a high-performing team known for providing 'fee-only', client-centric advice over a long period.
Under our license, you will collaborate closely with our Directors and Senior Advisors to deliver sophisticated, customized advice to successful business owners, senior executives, and ultra-high net worth families.
In this role, you will:
- Attend and actively participate in both new and existing client meetings.
- Lead client relationships in partnership with a Senior Advisor.
- Collaborate with Directors/Senior Advisors to craft highly detailed and intricate strategic advice documents.
- Conduct investment analysis, portfolio management, and construction.
- Research and devise financial strategies covering wealth accumulation, investment tactics, balance sheet restructuring, debt handling, estate planning, tax optimization, and asset safeguarding.
- Play a key role in drafting client review materials.
- Implement client recommendations, including portfolio trading, to bring strategies to fruition.
- Address client inquiries and coordinate with other professionals to ensure positive client outcomes.
About You:
- A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience of 1-2+ years in financial planning/advisory, superannuation consulting, technical roles, or accounting is advantageous.
- Outstanding focus on client service with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and lateral thinking.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and analytical skills.
