Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm

Salary: £27,500

Primary Objective:

• Ensure safe coordination of civils tasks within a Zone of Interest for other utilities.
• Review safe dig prints and follow relevant guidelines.
• Coordinate with utilities for site visits.
• Uphold MJQ's work culture and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize civils tasks within a zone of interest.
• Read job packs and determine work locations.
• Contact utilities for site visit arrangements based on guidance.
• Schedule supervisors for site meetings and provide necessary support.
• Collect information from site meetings for safe job execution.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and cyber security laws.

Person Specification:

• Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Previous civils experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience is a plus.
• Drive performance and excel in high-pressure environments.
• Confident in decision-making and communication.

Education, Qualification and Certification:

• Proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
• Relevant experience in a similar industry.
