The Company

  • Paragon Talent Solutions has been engaged to assist a leading Australian owned Automation and Control Systems Engineering organization. Due to increased client demand, our client will be expanding their engineering team, creating an excellent opportunity for a Senior Control Systems Engineer.

The Position

  • Functional design of control systems across various projects and industries
  • Developing and maintaining PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
  • Ensuring real-time data availability and effective operation of control mechanisms
  • Configuration, acceptance testing, and commissioning in the field
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Stakeholder engagement

Experience Required

  • Familiarity with SCADA and PLC technologies, including Rockwell, Siemens, and Schneider products
  • Hands-on experience with project lifecycle execution
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels
  • Degree or diploma in relevant fields like Computer Sciences or Electrical Engineering
