Your new opportunity


The Sports Partnerships Manager, will see you utilise your deep knowledge of the sports industry, to develop and understand our clients needs business.

Meeting their business objectives you will project management all workflow steps to deliver best in class solutions.


This is an opportunity to work innovative clients and help continue to alleviate their brands through consumer activations, content creation and cross functional planning.

You will have the opportunity the develop strong client relationships and work collaboratively, being a part of a fun culture in a highly driven team.


What will make you stand out

  • Expert sponsorship advice advise Clients and partner Agencies on best use of sponsorship assets and work alongside agencies to bring these to life
  • Ideation and proposing projects to clients to leverage and amplify sponsorships (atmatch activations)
  • Brand immersion and ability to understand brand objectives and KPI's to hit through sponsorship
  • Managing and delegating between Account Service team ensuring each staff member is empowered with their own autonomous tasks acting as the advisor, counsel and support for expert Client results
  • Manage Agency landscape (Media, Creative, PR, Digital etc.), ensuring all elements of the sponsorship are directed correctly to relevant partner Agency act as funnel out to correct Agency representatives, and into the Rights Holder
  • Work with Sports Partnership Lead and Managing Director on business reporting, finance and top line account summaries

  • Positive attitude and ability to motivate your team to deliver the best for your clients.
  • An expert on industry tools and how to utilise them and their output within your work and client recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in constructing persuasive and engaging content and well as delivering it.
  • Commercially minded, with ability to identify business revenue opportunities
  • A passion to grow your people management skills and an understanding of how people like to work.
