This role provides a high level of technical support (Tier 3) for our CR Digital product range that is engaging, responsive and focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll get to do: Provide remote and on-site support for CR Digital products and solutions Rapid problem diagnosis and issue resolution for our customers Plan and conduct regular maintenance and remote support activities Configuration, QA and commissioning of new systems and products Assist with development and functional requirements of CR Digital Products Maintain accurate work records and activity summary reports Collaborate with Development, Onsite Technicians, Product Management and Sales to resolve critical product issues, develop solutions to minimise cycle time for problem resolution, and make improvements for future releases.
