IN-HOUSE DATA SCIENCE CONSULTANT - BRISBANE BASED

This is a global role and will be supporting markets across Europe, ANZ, and APAC.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused and quantitatively savvy.
They will be acting as the conduit between internal data science capability and the broader team, communicating and leveraging the outputs of the data science team to other teams within the business.
For someone who can generate actionable insights from vast amounts of data leveraging Machine Learning and statistical techniques, thiw would be a great opportunity.
About the role:
- Experience creating and using mathematical and machine learning methodologies
- Proficiency in R, Python and Panda
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts and how to apply them
- Data visualization experience
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Experience with retail/e-comm or similar fast-paced environment is highly desireable
