Our client is a specialist Insurance provider offering Risk Advice and Financial Planning services to their new and existing clients. Established for many years, the company has continued to grow organically and is therefore seeking to appoint a self-motivated and experienced Risk Adviser to manage relationships with a large existing book of insurance clientele. Located in the Sydney office, the Practice will provide Paraplanning and Client Services support to allow you to focus on maintaining and growing your client portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and retain existing Risk portfolio.
  • Engage with clients and build rapport.
  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities from within your existing book
  • Develop referral relationships with external business partners and Brokers.
  • Liaise with Underwriters to determine the best outcome for the client.
  • Onboard new risk clients

This is a unique position within a progressive company providing a fun team environment along with flexibility and hybrid work arrangement.

To be successful we are seeking the following:

  • Demonstrated experience providing Risk Advice to clients, can be a Financial Planner with risk advice experience.
  • Meet FASEA Tertiary education requirements, authorized to provide advice. Strong knowledge of insurance advice and passionate about Insurance.
  • Indepth knowledge of various Insurance products and provider
  • Well developed client retention and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
