Your responsibilities will include:

Manage classified and sensitive data elements (in accordance with program security policy).
Maintain Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) system administration to include disaster recovery, backup/archiving of data and data integrity.
Provide productivity and efficiency analysis for continuous improvement to include metrics tracking and reporting.
First point of contact for customer inquiries and level 1 IT helpdesk tasks.
Creation of system users and maintenance of user administration.

About you:

You will have either completed or be completing your tertiary level qualification by February 2024 in a related discipline, typically Cert IV in Information Technology, Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
You will be a curious learner and be excited about the opportunity to work with and learn from the best leaders in their fields. You will also have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal and have a flexible approach to managing changing priorities in this fast paced and dynamic environment.

Special Requirements:

Successful applicants will be required to obtain a defence security clearance. You must be an Australian citizen and have a tenyear verifiable background.
