In addition to selling natural stone and providing a premium range of tools and equipment, we service a range of CNC stone processing machinery for our customers across Australia.

We have a strong reputation in developing people from outside the industry, and we are now looking for our next Field Service Technician to join our service department.

About You

• Having worked in maintenance, you want to be involved in the full lifecycle of a machine. Whilst you enjoy servicing equipment or machines, you also want to learn about the installation process and broaden your skill set.
• What defines you are your outstanding faultfinding skills. When equipment breaks down, you relish in the opportunity to showcase your careful, systematic approach and really delve down and find the root cause to any issue, no matter the type of machinery.
• Not only do you have excellent faultfinding skills, you can always be relied upon when there is an urgent breakdown. You are the go to technical expert and understand how critical equipment and machinery can be to the success of a business. Because of this, you are empathetic and patient with customers and find it rewarding when everything is back up and running.

About the Role
Based in Moorebank, you will work alongside our team of Technicians and provide significant support to our customer base across the Greater Sydney area by:

• Developing your skills and knowledge across a broad range of machines and across a number of industry brands, including; GMM, Burkhardt and Thibaut to name a few
• Executing the installation process from presite inspection, overseeing the delivery of machines, assembling the machines through to training end users
• Conducting root cause analysis, faultfinding and diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns
• Acting as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and communicate with key stakeholders from production managers to stonemasons
• Perform regular routine maintenance checks

Selection Criteria
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be able to tick the list below;

• A Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
• Current and unrestricted drivers licence
