Duties
Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the office, your will be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests and customers with warmth and addressing any queries
  • Performing Reception / Concierge style tasks such as answering calls, mail distribution and running errands
  • Supporting with general administration
  • Setting up boardroom and meeting rooms for meetings
  • Ensure the premises is immaculately presented and fully stocked at all times

Specific requirements

  • Previous experience in Reception / office support
  • Take pride in your appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have the desire to remain with a company long term and grow
