The Role
Due to consistent growth, we are looking to employ a

Sheet Metal Fabricator. Whilst your role may vary, you are typically tasked with the execution of fabrication works, safety measures, risk management and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Fabrication works, assembly works
  • Completing ITRs (electrical test sheets)
  • Working from mechanical drawings
  • Ensuring you have the correct resources to perform your tasks
  • Design reviews and drawing markups
  • Supervising junior staff members and apprentices
  • Responsible for compliance with OHS policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses
  • Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork

About You

  • Certificate III in Fabrication
  • Prior sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing experience
  • Extensive welding experience with TIG, MIG, Stick, and Oxy
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to appropriately delegate and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent team working skills
