Study Start Up Associate I / Contract Specialist

**The Role:**

- To review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets.
- Stay connected with investigative sites, sponsors, and internal personnel regarding contract statuses and related documents.
- Prepare and coordinate contractual documents and correspondence.
- Facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site.
- Serve as an internal consultant on study budgets, investigator payments, conduct group training, and mentor new team members in the SSU department.

**What you need:**

- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferably in life sciences or as a licensed healthcare professional).
- Background in Paralegal Studies, Juris Doctor (law) degree, or related experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent collaborative and time management skills.
- Critical thinking abilities and great attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a CRO or Pharma setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in office applications and eagerness to learn new software and systems.
- Strong project management skills.
