The Role:


UHC are seeking Personal Care Assistant's to partner with a range of Aged Care Facilities based in the Moreton Bay and surrounding suburbs including Caboolture, Wynnum etc.

There are requirements in the morning (6:00-15:00), afternoon (14:00-23:00) and night (22:00-7:00), Monday through to Sunday.

The role is a casual ongoing nature which means no end date in sight.

We are offering the following pay rate:

  • Day shift $35.83 per hour
  • Evening shift $39.41 per hour
  • Night shift $40.13 per hour
  • Saturday shift $50.16 per hour
  • Sunday shift $57.33 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with personal care and hygiene.
  • Assistance with domestic tasks.
  • Providing care in accordance with their individualised care plan.
  • Supporting with community based recreational and social activities.
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Skills & Experiences:

  • Australian Driver Licence
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
  • Current Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening
  • Current First Aid / CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
  • Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
