One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage IRAP Assessors toassess and document system security controls to meet the Protective Security Policy Framework. The role is based in multiple locations in Australia. The successful IRAP Assessors will be offered a contract length of 12 months with the option of 2 x 12 month extensions.

The successful IRAP Assessors will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing independent security assessment reports
  • Undertake Agency system authorisation documentation and risk statements
  • IRAP Assessors will be required to assess and document system security controls
  • Manage and maintain the agreed service levels

The successful IRAP Assessors will have experience in the following:

  • Extensive demonstrated experience with risk and information security frameworks, policies and standards
  • Demonstrated working experience in security threat and risk assessment
  • Demonstrated experience in development of security authorisation artefacts
  • Demonstrated security experience within complex ICT environments
