We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an Inventory Specialist at Baxter Healthcare Corporation. As a world-class healthcare company, Baxter is dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people around the globe.

This role is located in the vibrant city of Old Toongabbie NSW, Australia, where you will have the chance to work with a highly motivated team and contribute to the flawless execution of our operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Strictly manage and maintain end to end inventory levels to meet customer demands
  • Determine optimal stock levels and reorder points for efficient supply chain management
  • Effectively implement inventory control procedures to reduce errors and enhance accuracy.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Compete in regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies
  • Actively seek out ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and make datadriven recommendations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any inventoryrelated issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
  • Data analytics ability (e.g. Tableau)
  • Proficiency with ERP business software
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and effective strategies
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
