How will you contribute?


An exciting opportunity awaits for an aspiring governance practitioner who will provide support to the Company Matters team through the delivery of a diverse range of operational asks and activities undertaken by a busy governance advisory, legal and company secretarial practice.


You will play a key role in providing company secretarial administration support and board coordination, including general administrative assistance and office management.

From reporting activities, compilation of board papers, maintenance of various client statutory registers, registration and management of the foreign entities, compilation, and lodgement of forms with key regulators to partnering with company secretaries and internal teams on various other tasks.


What will you need?


Ideally, you will have previously worked within a company secretarial team, with boards and senior executives of ASX listed companies.

You will have an ability to partner with clients at various levels and work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, advisors and regulators in a collaborative way that drives the best outcomes for our clients.

You will have demonstrated experience in working in a consulting or regulated environment.

You will have a keen eye for detail, thrive in a fast paced environment and have a genuine interest in corporate governance.
