What's the opportunity?
We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history of successfully facilitating quality training delivery programs. You will have experience in adapting to a range of delivery modalities including classroom, remote and hybrid.

Project Management (PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, Agile PM)

Business Analysis (AgileBA)

SCRUM

  • Other related project management disciplines

What will I do?
Deliver a portfolio of accredited training courses

Create and maintain an adaptive and engaging learning environment

Evaluate learning material on an on-going basis, adjusting delivery strategies and providing feedback to the Product Manager

Continuously develop yourself during downtime by maintaining currency with vendor updates and information

Build and maintain client and internal stakeholder relationships

  • Participate in client discussions and the design and development of customised training course materials or associated collateral, which may include manuals, training plans, outlines, learning objectives, instructor guides, student guides, workshop exercises and performance tests.

What have you accomplished?
A proven record of course facilitation with a minimum of three (3) years' training experience

Three (3) years' industry experience in the project management field

Experience in Lean SixSigma would be highly regarded

Preferably a TAE40116 certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence are essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are highly important
