HEI Schools Ballarat Central Early Education Centre is one of the centres under this family, we are a small, family-focused childcare centre looking for talented and motivated diploma qualified Educators to join our service located in Ballarat Central VIC.

These roles are immediate positions with a strong induction program about our Finnish Teaching Program.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Having Diploma of or Certificate III in early childhood education and care or equivalent
  • Having working experience within the early childhood sector
  • Holding core values of building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with children, families and colleagues
  • Having a mindset of respect and appreciation of a strong team culture of working together
  • Having an open mind and belief to embrace new early childhood education concept for better future of children
  • Having Approved First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certification
  • Having current work with children check
  • Full COVID19 vaccination on or before 29 Nov 202
  • Valid national police check (for being Responsible Person)

KEY DUTIES:

  • Participate in the implementation of curriculum and education programs
  • Provide support and feedback to the room leaders
  • Make sure the children room is clean and safe for children and educators
  • Utilize education Apps to provide feedback to parents regarding the learning of their children in our centre
