MacKillop House Norwest is our brand new Home located in Sydney's Hill's District. This aged care Home has 100+ residents and an exciting opportunity for a Pastoral Care Coordinator to join the team 2 days per week.

As the resident Pastoral Care Coordinator, you will work towards Catholic Healthcare's mission to promote life in all its fullness by offering aged, health, and community services inspired by the Catholic tradition.

To be successful for this role you will need:

  • Background & Qualifications in Pastoral Care or willingness to obtain (Clinical Pastoral Education, Theology, or Spirituality)
  • Previous pastoral experience in an aged care setting is highly desirable
  • Demonstrate Catholic Healthcare's values of compassion, honesty, hospitality, respect, and excellency
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Exceptional planning skills to create computer-based pastoral care plans for residents
  • Evidence of Flu and Covid19 Vaccination

You must also obtain a personal NDISWC through your state government provider before starting employment.
