The Position

Due to expansion of the business, the position of Senior IT Helpdesk Manager has been established in their Gold Coast office. With a main focus on mentoring and guiding a team of IT professionals, whilst supporting the needs of both inhouse and external customers, this position is suited to an experienced IT professional who enjoys leading from the front.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Monthly reporting
  • VoIP installation
  • Microsoft 365 - Azure AD
  • Backup software using Veeam
  • Escalate tickets
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting - Windows server
  • Setup and installation of devices
  • Network management with VPN
  • Hyper-V experience is beneficial
