Our client is a Sunshine Coast-based locally owned and operated provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality allied health services to adult NDIS and community clients. They are a supportive, inclusive and passionate multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals who value collaboration, diversity, and professionalism.
About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to take on a community role on the Sunshine Coast QLD.
Every day will be different, but your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing and treating older adult in a community-based environment
- Assessing adult NDIS and community-based clients with a diverse range of health conditions
- Developing effective therapy and rehabilitation programs to assist your clients in achieving their individual goals
- Producing quality reports
- Ensuring the effective and safe delivery of client care
- Developing your skillset, participating in CPD and multi-disciplinary clinical review meetings
New graduate or experienced Occupational Therapists will be considered

About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Strong ability to assess NDIS clients with a diverse range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions
- Established OT skills in AT prescription, environmental modification and therapy planning related to this caseload
- A passion and drive to make a difference
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience developing and delivering projects and a demonstrated ability to build new services is highly desirable
- An ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- High-level clinical skills and reasoning
- Accurate and articulate report writing abilities
- Enthusiasm to grow and expand your knowledge, skill set and career
- Current drivers licence
- Current police check
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
