Houseperson

You play a crucial role at the hotel as Houseperson, where you will take charge of your duties, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, cozy environment, contributing to a memorable stay for them.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Housekeeping team by handling hotel linen, chemicals, laundry, deliveries, and heavy lifting tasks.
• Maintain high standards of property presentation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper cleaning of equipment, organized storage rooms, and functional trolleys.
• Keep corridors clear of trays, linen trolleys, or cages.
• Aid in the removal of rollaway beds and cots.
• Collect and store lost property, completing necessary forms for documentation.
• Promptly deliver guest requests to their rooms.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms when requested and perform turn-down service as necessary.
• Handle rubbish removal and maintain cleanliness in rubbish bin areas.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by Management and Supervisors.
