About the opportunity


We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Developer Contributions team and contribute to the future growth of Blacktown City.


Qualifications and experience

Essential:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or studying towards qualifications in a related field
  • Solid work experience in a similar role
  • Current Class "C" driver's licence.

Desirable:

  • Experience in an accounts or planning position
  • Knowledge and understanding of Sections 7.4 and 7.11 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 197
  • Knowledge and/or experience in financial reporting.

Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council's Enterprise Agreement.

  • Entry level for this position starts at $1,856.71 per week
  • 35hour working week
  • Opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement
  • Employee benefits such as leave entitlements (where applicable), 10.5% employer contribution payable to your nominated superannuation fund, Fitness Passport, gym membership discounts, and social clubs.
