About the opportunity
City Cave Southport have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to lead our centre to success.

This role will be responsible to oversee all areas of centre operations through leading and coaching your team driving sales growth, and executing operational requirements to deliver excellence across the Centre.

This role suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall operation of the City Cave Centre.
  • Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
  • Merchandising of inventory.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports for management.
  • Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively.
  • Have excellent customer service.
  • Complete marketing for the centre.
  • Weekly Stocktake.
  • Health Fund Receipting.
  • Clinical Documentation Compliance for Massage Therapists.
  • Recruitment and new staff inductions to centre.
  • Performance Reviews.
  • Massage Therapist Management.
  • Ensure staff compliance.
  • Supplier Communication.


We are a busy Centre, and open until 9pm 7days per week so the ability to work the evenings and weekends is a must.
