Exciting Opportunity at T+O+M Executive:

Collaborate with a reputable, family-owned FMCG organization in Australia to fill the role of a skilled Commercial Analyst with top-notch business partnering capabilities. The company has been expanding rapidly and has ambitious growth strategies for the next half-decade.

You will report to the Financial Controller and Sales Director, playing a vital role in collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations departments.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Create and manage financial models to evaluate profitability, competitor performance, market trends, and business project feasibility.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in coordination with senior team members.
  • Analyze project financial performance, offering commercial insights through variance analysis to various departments.
  • Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights for enhancing performance.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies based on thorough data analysis.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within capital expenditure projects.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by senior management.
  • Continuously enhance analytical processes and reporting methods.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a CA or CPA qualification with minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must have full and permanent work rights in Australia.
