Seeking an amazing General Manager for this best-in-sector NEW restaurant to lead all things service, payroll & oversite pertaining to the successful opening of this highly anticipated venue.

This amazing Vietnamese / French eatery will provide you with the opportunity to join one of the most progressive hospitality hotel groups in currently working out of Asia, opening their first venue in Australia, for ongoing, career development & growth.

As we are seeking a

General Manager that knows what it takes to build a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

As the next General Manager, you will:

  • Manage all facets of the business including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service, payroll & achievement of financial targets.
  • Be responsible for leading & developing your team to ensure the venues profitability & success
  • Focus on driving F & B revenue & customer sentiment, for long lasting success
  • Be instrumental in driving changes & improvements in performance and implementing strategies in line with business objectives



What they are looking for:

  • Experience in similar chef hat quality venues or fine dining establishments
  • A dynamic, levelheaded & hands on leader who will guide their team to hospitality service excellence
  • Someone with extensive fastpaced hotel leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, particularly licensing police, security teams & other interested parties.
  • Excellent written & verbal communicative skills
  • Knowledge & experience with high turnover chef hat quality food & service
  • A mature, collaborative approach & attention to the small things that make a difference is what makes you stand out above the rest
  • Confidence in your capability to effectively resolve difficult situations & implement solutions that improve the service levels & financial results of the business
  • Comprehension of the key metrics that impact & grow hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top line revenue & motivating your team to do the same
  • Previous experience in the same or similar role is highly regarded
The role is paying around the $ k + super commensurate to experience
