- This role, based in Rockingham Residential Aged Care Home, leads a diverse team from administration staff to cooks and keep things humming in our service so our clinical team can focus on patient care. About you
Are you someone who is driven to achieve, but you are bored in your current role and wanting a change? As the song goes, we don't care who you are, where you're from as long as you get the job done You'll be a fixer, someone who can't help themselves when you see a need - you have to dive in and find a solution.
With strong business skills (all the essential bits like budgets, planning, rostering and reports) you'll love getting to know everyone and have the ability to draw out peoples best.
Ok, the list of experience you need:
- Qualifications in business are great, but not needed. Your practical skills and drive are what we are looking for
- Experience in all things staff leadership and coaching for performance
- Business optimisation or a proven ability to achieve results
- Good focus and attention to the details of managing resources, budgets, reporting and compliance
- High levels of emotional intelligence and selfawareness. You know yourself, your strengths and weakness, and you want to be the best you can.
- Excellent timemanagement and the ability to see through the noise and keep moving forward
- You don't need to be a computer expert but you need to be very comfortable with Microsoft office suite and online systems.
- Evidence of Covid and Influenza Vaccination (preferred)
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
