The Assessor and Facilitator will provide Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) with the best possible accredited learning services through an integrated model reporting to the Leader for Accredited Training. This role can be based in QLD, NSW, VIC, WA & SA.

The role will provide value-added development services beyond the accredited education pathway, including more engagement and integration into the FCTG business. To ensure that training, assessment and administrative requirements for each program are timely, consistent and comply with the requirements of Registered Training Organisations.

Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Blended facilitation
  • Communication and management
  • Innovative and customer-centric mindset
  • FCTG systems, Product and customer process knowledge
  • Promotion, progression and value of accredited training programs
Education and Experience:
  • Cert III & IV in Travel & Tourism
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Strong experience in facilitation is required
  • Recent leadership and Leadership facilitation experience
  • An outstanding track record of integrity and personal branding
  • Minimum Five (5) years' previous experience as a training specialist, or related position
  • Degree in education, design, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
  • Strong track record in analysing problems, strategising and deploying improved/timely solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently build multi-level relationships from Novice to Senior Leaders
  • Technical fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), instructional design platforms and tools
  • Additional certification/s from talent and training associations well regarded, particularly Diploma of Business, Cert III & IV in Business

  • This role may include travel depending on program needs
  • Willing to work flexible hours from time-to-time in support of program delivery
  • There may be periods where taking of leave is restricted in support of program delivery
