The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 3000 team members.


As we continue our transformation and growth journey across the region, we are now looking to appoint a
Marketing & Communications Manager, Asia Pacific.


Reporting to Lineage's VP of Global Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for the development and management of all digital, social & brand marketing and communications in support of the company's Asia Pacific region.


This is a newly created position for a proactive and experienced professional who will be tasked with developing a strategic marketing and communications plan to raise Lineage's brand profile in Asia-Pacific, engage and inspire Lineage's valued team members, as well as support the commercial organization with revenue growth.


Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

Marketing & Branding

  • Working closely with Vice President, Global Marketing & Communications and regional leadership team to develop and implement a robust digital gotomarket strategy to raise the profile of the brand across Asia-Pacific
  • Activate the brand via highvalue tactics including, but not limited to: events, sponsorships, digital marketing, and industry association participation
  • Develop organic content and contribute relevant information to represent and promote the Asia-Pacific region on Lineage's global digital channels

Communications

  • Work closely with Vice President, Global Marketing & Communications to manage the inregion team of our global media and public relations firm
  • Proactively manage Lineage's brand in the region by remaining abreast of emerging issues, while advising regional leadership on communications strategies to mitigate reputational risk
  • Work with global Corporate Communications team to develop regional communications related the company's ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) strategy, including topics like sustainability, DE&I and philanthropy

Management

  • Serving as the Asia-Pacific liaison to the global Marketing & Communications team
  • Identifying opportunities to build out a team to support marketing and communications across the region
  • Proposing and managing the operating budget for 202
  • Defining appropriate tactics to ensure ROI and align to global brand KPIs

To be successful, you will ideally have:

  • Extensive experience in a similar marketing and communications role in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape; media relations experience in broader Asia-Pacific region is desirable
  • Experience within a global organization where it is necessary to navigate a matrixed environment
  • Exceptional track record of building and implementing largescale and multinational communications and digital, social and brand marketing strategies
  • A background as a confident and compelling communicator and presenter, with the ability to make an impact and quickly establish the trust of senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to innovate and make quick, strategic decisions
  • The ability to seamlessly pivot in a fastpaced, everchanging work environment
