We are seeking a
Junior
Receptionist / Customer Service Superstar seeking casual after school / weekend work within a unique Practice in Mornington.

Hours needed are
T_uesday evening 4pm - 7:30pm
_ and all day _every second Saturday *_Plus extra shifts as needed.

Junior Receptionist / Customer Service Superstar to join our close knit, strong (and growing) team.

  • Organised with the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Highly self motivated, ability to use initiative
  • Willingness to learn and cando attitude

The role involves/includes:

  • Answering phones
  • Booking client appointments
  • Greeting clients
  • Processing payments and rebooking's
  • Laundering
  • Cleaning
  • Filing, data entry and general administration.
  • Many small ad hock duties.
  • Assisting therapists where needed
  • Opening and closing of clinic

This position requires someone that wants to sink their teeth in for the long run. We need someone dedicated & passionate. This would not suit someone "just needing a job"_
