What you will enjoy doing

  • You will be responsible for providing an advanced level of knowledge and skill specific to the account opening and customer onboarding process for all customer segments across Australia and New Zealand
  • Ensure the needs of this critical customer base are met through price loading, sales deal creation and maintenance and contract management related tasks
  • You shall create contracts and pricing in SAP according to agreed terms whilst maintaining strict adherence to BOC's policies and procedures, manage existing contracts in line with agreed price review mechanisms, review contract setups to identify areas of efficiency and improvement
  • Identify atrisk customers or opportunities and involve or escalate to the appropriate person from the regional Sales teams to drive customer retention and wins
  • Manage your Case List queue to ensure cases are actioned within milestone and that the appropriate notes are left within the case to ensure other employees can see the investigation and action taken
  • Providing feedback to CSC leadership of any gaps or inefficiencies with customer service processes

What makes you great

  • A strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in the creation of new contracts, sales deals and for price loading is critical to ensure seamless ordering, delivery, billing, and payments on customer accounts.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively communicate turnaround time expectations and deliver on those expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced problemsolving skills, critical thinker.
  • Previous complex customer dispute/case management experience preferred.
  • You possess knowledge of SalesForce, Case Management, Lead & Opportunity, SAP account and pricing structures as well as the Order to Cash process (desirable)
