Inspired Green is an established and rapidly expanding company in the energy efficiency industry in NSW and Victoria.


We have exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support & Admin Officer in our Melbourne Office to coordinate Commercial Heat Pump sales/installations in Vic and NSW, deal with Customer enquiries and support our Field Reps and Tradespersons.

  • Customerfocused: You have a genuine desire to help customers and meet their needs.

The role

  • Supporting Field Reps and Installers:
  • Strong Computer Skills: Experienced with Excel, CRMs
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services offered by the team.
  • Accuracy: Ensuring all photos and entries into the sales portal are correct and complete.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that all sales activities comply with ethical standards and legal regulations.
