JOB SUMMARY


The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne is pleased to announce that we are set to open in March and will redefine luxury hospitality in our city.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED; 1+ years' experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
OR

  • 2year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1+ years' experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
  • Must have a Victorian RSA certificate & full Australian working rights.
