Note:
The client strictly requested female support workers who can speak the following languages: Vietnamese, Filipino, Mandarin, and Cantonese.


As a Disability Support Worker, you will be required to perform domestic tasks, i.e cleaning, laundry, and other required house work tasks as per client's request at the client's residence.

You will be required to do meal preparation and take the client to their areas of preference, such as shopping centers, beaches,

Note:
You will be required to work for 10 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.**Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow client's active support plans and behavior support plans respectfully
  • Help clients reach their goals through meaningful activities of their choice
  • Track and document the changing needs of clients thorough recordkeeping
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Advocate for client choice and control in a way that is safe and compliant
  • Complete service time sheets and progress notes as required
Skills & Experience

  • Valid driver's licence and have your own transport.
  • Speaking fluent English
  • Able to write the shift notes in English
  • Valid First Aid Certificate
  • Valid working with children check
  • Valid working visa

Please note:

To be considered for and appointed to a position at Angels Community Care, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or hold a valid medical exemption certificate.

You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccination status during the recruitment process.
