The following will set you up for success;

  • A depth of experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Development setting and implementing functional strategies across multifunction organisations;
  • Demonstrated experience leading an organisation's approach to, and delivery of, sustainable learning and development programs;
  • Previous experience leading a large Learning & Capability team;
  • Experience in the areas of coaching and designing talent and succession frameworks;
  • Expertise in the design and development of curriculum, career, and capability frameworks;
  • Strategic mindset with strong financial and business acumen;
  • Tertiary qualifications in education/adult learning/HR/psychology or a related discipline essential.
