The Role


Due to continued growth, we are offering this genuinely diverse role that will see you extend on your customer service skills and grow your industry skills to become a trusted adviser to our customers.

The Rental Coordinator role is based in our Springvale office and the focus of this position is to support the coordination of rental contracts in the branch and continue to develop customer relationships which you do by:

  • Responding to all enquiries in line with our high customer service standards
  • Building strong relationships with both our customers the rest of our team
  • Coordinating the hire and dehire of units in conjunction with our service and transport teams
  • Maintaining the rental records in our systems

Skills and Attributes
Whilst the below prerequisites are necessary for your success in this role, it will be your exceptional customer service and ability to multitask that will be most highly valued

  • Demonstrated experience in a coordination, scheduling or high volume similar position
  • Ability to manage stakeholders in complex situations
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
