The Company


Global manufacturer of specialised machinery is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support their employees across multiple sites interstate and locally.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Western Sydney.

The Position


Working as part of a wider HR team, you will be responsible for supporting 3 x sites locally & interstate with all HR matters.

Your duties will include;
Provide generalist support to key stakeholders on policies and practices;
Support with implementing and executing HR strategies and initiatives;
Provide advice to the business on all employee/industrial relation matters;
Partner with the business units to contribute to the development of business plans;
Workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders and finance;
Manage talent acquisition activities to support business growth; and

Mange talent, learning and development initiatives including training facilitation.

Previous HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner with strong generalist experience, ideally with exposure to multi-site blue collar environment;
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources;
Exceptional stakeholder management skills;
Experience with HR projects; and

Ability to travel interstate monthly.

The Benefits

Full-time permanent role;
Salary $160,000 + Super + bonus + car & travel allowance;
Flexible workdays/hours - 2 days in the office;
