About Older Adult Mental Health Services

Older Adult Mental Health offers specialised treatment, care, and support to older individuals with intricate and compounded mental health requirements typically associated with the aging process.

About You

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual who consistently exceeds expectations? We're seeking a dynamic Neuropsychologist with a passion for making a difference. As part of our established team, your innovative ideas to enhance service delivery through research and Quality Improvement Activities will be highly valued. At Monash Health, we prioritise patient care and are committed to providing high quality psychological services. As a dedicated Neuropsychologist in the field of Older Adult Mental Health, you understand the importance of delivering quality care and go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of your patients.

To thrive in this role, you must have a proven track record of success. Your expertise encompasses conducting comprehensive psychometric assessments and producing insightful reports. Collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams in mental health services is second nature to you. Additionally, you actively engage in quality processes for continuous improvement and eagerly participate in research initiatives. Excellent communication skills are essential. Your ability to articulate ideas effectively, both in writing and verbally, sets you apart. As an active listener, you skilfully navigate conversations and possess exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities that will be instrumental in your interactions with patients, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
